Project recovery
When a project is late, over budget, understaffed, missing documents, facing liquidated damages, or in dispute, the need is urgent and the exposure is already real. Recovery is priced accordingly.
Who it is for. Integrator executives, GCs, and owners who need a named lead to re-baseline the technology scope — not another status meeting.
What we actually deliver
- 72-hour diagnostic of contract, schedule, labor, and documentation
- Written recovery plan the GC and owner can live with
- Subcontractor performance and replacement path
- Re-baseline of testing, AHJ, and closeout
- Executive reporting until acceptance
Recovery engagements are time-and-materials with a not-to-exceed, or a fixed diagnostic plus a dedicated lead. We will decline work we cannot materially improve.
