How an engagement starts
Conflict check first. Then a named lead.
We do not open with a capabilities deck. We open with which side of the table you sit on, what is at risk, and whether we can actually help. When there is no conflict and we have capacity, the target is a named lead within 48 hours. That is a target, not a guarantee.
01
Engagement brief
You tell us which side of the table you sit on, what is failing or about to start, and the constraint that matters — date, dollars, AHJ, or reputation.
02
Conflict and fit check
We will not represent the integrator and the owner on the same project. If there is a conflict, we say so before a proposal exists.
03
Diagnostic
Contract documents, estimate assumptions, current schedule, open RFIs, subcontractor status. A written risk view — not a slide deck of capabilities.
04
Commercial model
Monthly retainer, dedicated resource, fixed-fee package, or T&M with a not-to-exceed. Senior delivery is not priced like staff augmentation.
05
Deploy and report
Named lead, project controls, weekly status an executive sponsor can read in four minutes.
How we price outcomes
Ranges flex with geography, credentials, and risk. We do not win work by being the cheapest body on a job. Preferred models: monthly retainer, fixed fee when scope is clear, T&M with a not-to-exceed for recovery, or a dedicated fractional resource.
| Role | Indicative range |
|---|---|
| Senior project manager | $150–$225 / hr |
| Program / executive lead | $200–$300 / hr |
| Fire / security designer | $110–$175 / hr |
| Licensed engineering | $175–$300+ / hr |
| Project recovery leadership | $225–$325+ / hr |
If the fit is wrong, we will say so.
A declined engagement is cheaper than a conflict discovered in week six.
