MXLV Management
A delivery firm. Not a consultancy slide.
MXLV Management sits in the gap the market already feels: large engineering firms are slow and expensive; independents do not scale; integrators’ internal benches are either full or missing the cross-functional lead the job actually needs.
What we are
An independent fire and security technology delivery firm. Outsourced engineering coordination, project management, program support, and owner representation for complex construction and national-account work. United States to start.
What we are not
We do not install systems. We do not sell hardware. We are not a manufacturer’s representative. We are not a general construction manager. We will not represent both the integrator and the owner on the same project.
Independence
Independence is the product. Integrators can white-label us. Owners can trust the review. The conflict rule is written into the engagement brief because sophisticated buyers will ask — and because the wrong answer destroys both channels.
Licensing
Some jurisdictions require plans prepared or sealed by a licensed professional engineer. Where that is required, MXLV partners with a qualified fire-protection or electrical PE. NICET certification does not replace a PE license. We will not imply otherwise.
Leadership
Who holds the work.
VP Legal
Jeno Berta
Agreements, conflicts, and the paper a general contractor’s counsel will sign. The independence rule is enforced here before a proposal goes out.
VP Operations

The name is MXLV Management.
The work is getting fire and security from award to acceptance without adding a department you cannot keep busy.
